Dairy goats brought onto farm. Utilize weeds and orchard prunings to help make healthy milk. Goat yogurt and goat cheese are also made from their milk.

Heritage breed pigs turn all dropped fruit and waste vegetables into healthy meat and use their bedding (which catches their manure and urine) to fertilize the orchards.

Sheep and chickens help to utilize dropped fruit, pulled weeds and orchard prunings. This leads to healthy eggs and great tasting lamb.
